Kenogami is currently engaged in a closed pilot with 5 technology companies. Pricing is set per engagement — we scope, timeline, and budget together with each customer.

What We Charge For

The framework is free and open-source (CC BY 4.0). You can read it, share it, and apply it on your own without paying us anything. What we charge for is what turns the framework from a document into a running transformation:

• Coaching at scale, not just access to content.
• The platform (assessments, plans, review, analytics) that operationalizes the framework.
• The evidence trail that proves the transformation is working.

What's Not Included

• AI infrastructure — you keep your own budgets and accounts for Anthropic, OpenAI, model hosting, etc.
• Custom integrations beyond the base platform.
• Professional services outside the AI transformation scope.
