AI-native is more than a buzzword. It is a structural change in how organizations make decisions, build products, and run operations. Most tools sold as "AI transformation" are either point solutions or management theater. We are building something different — a coherent platform, anchored in an open framework, that closes the gap between ambition and execution.
Why We Built the Transformation Platform
Every meaningful transformation needs three things: a clear methodology, a way to assess where you are, and tools that make the work happen day to day. The AI Native Transformation platform brings those three things together. The framework lays out the principles. The platform runs the transformation — assessments, coaching, workflows, and the evidence trail that proves it is working.
Founded by François Lane
Kenogami was founded by François Lane, founder and CEO of Cakemail. It started from a hands-on need: transforming Cakemail's own team and products to become AI-native. The tooling we wanted to use didn't exist, so we built it. Every module in the platform was first tested on a real team with real skepticism before it shipped to anyone else.
